How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Orders can be tracked on USPS.com. U.S. customers will get a tracking number after order is shipped. International customers will get a tracking number only if you choose the “priority standard” and/or “priority express” option for shipping.

Which international countries do you ship to?

We ship mostly anywhere in Asia, Europe, Central and South America, Africa, and the Caribbean.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will be provided with a tracking number to track on USPS.com. You can also call customer service to verify the status of your order.

How do I know what size to choose?

All products have a sizing chart for you to refer to.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Refund can take up to 15 days, depending on when returned package is received.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns for a full refund. Please read our full return policy.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Yes, we normally restock sold out items, unless it is a discontinued item.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Purchases can also be made through PayPal.

Do I need to register before placing an order?

No, you do not need to register. You may check out as a guest. However, we do recommend registering. It’s free, and we will keep you up to date on sales, discounts, and promotions.
