Shipping/Handling

All new orders will be processed within 2 business days from purchase date, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Orders received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Backorders

If an item is sold out, we will notify you by email of items on backorder and their expected delivery date. Back orders can take up to 3-4 weeks. Therefore, keep in mind that items that are ordered together may not be shipped together.

Domestic Shipping (within the US)

Orders are shipped M-F, via USPS.  Orders in the USA can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on shipping option. Shipping/handling cost is estimated at checkout, based on weight of the package, destination, and shipping option. All orders over $75.00 will be shipped for free, up to 3 pounds.

International Shipping (incl. Canada and Puerto Rico):

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Orders are shipped M-F, via USPS. International orders can take anywhere from 5-20 business days to arrive, depending on shipping option, and custom import policy. Shipping/handling cost is estimated at checkout, based on weight of the package, destination, and shipping option.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please ensure correct address is provided.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Please contact customer service (Please add the customer service contact form link here) or send email to info@jblazeofficial.com before returning an item for further instructions.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date. If you are unhappy with the size, you can exchange it for another size or same price item, once it has been determined that the item has not been washed or worn.

Once we receive your returned package, we will re-ship your new item. All shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Any returned items will receive for a full refund (less shipping and handling)

Wrong size for item shipped

If there is the possibility that you have received the wrong size or item, shipping cost will be covered by M$MD, and we will email a shipping label for shipment.
